Here is the complete content from Ismailer's announcement:
Hello Everyone—
I understand you all just wrapped up your meeting - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a message, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative designers we have had the pleasure to work with - and we’re excited for that relationship to persist.”
With your dedication and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last fall’s the game demo was informative. It affirmed the potential of a action-packed game but made clear we still had refinements needed. It revealed the requirement for a sharper identity.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve progressed. You embraced the criticism to heart and reimagined Project ETHOS with a renewed direction - one that’s ready to fulfill its ambition to our fans.
The belief in this project grows every day. To further the outstanding development you’ve made, I am thrilled to announce Ben Brinkman as the new Lead of 31st Union. Following a period of talks, he starts with us on next week.
His leadership and experience in the competitive gaming field is extensive, having dedicated the recent years developing and managing some of the most well-known titles in the industry, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in greeting Ben in the coming days. We are all looking forward to persist observing the evolution of the game in the months to follow.
David
