The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in the state of California he was 55 years old.

His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the development studio he co-founded.

The celebrated industry figure lost his life when his vehicle was involved in a crash and burst into flames on a freeway in LA on Sunday, according to.
